Scope of License (EULA)
By purchasing a plugin from L4 Fontane Audio (e.g., L4 Spotlight), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software in your musical projects.
Restrictions: It is strictly prohibited to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, or distribute the plugin files without prior written authorization.
Personal/Commercial Use: You may use the software to create music, soundtracks, and commercial audio.
Intellectual Property
All code, design, graphical user interface (GUI), and algorithms contained within the plugins are the exclusive property of L4 Fontane Audio. The purchase of a license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.
Refund Policy (Digital Software)
Due to the digital nature of our products:
Demo Versions: We strongly encourage users to utilize the “Trial” version (if available) before purchasing to ensure compatibility with their DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) and operating system.
Downloadable Products: Once the download link has been accessed or the license key has been redeemed, we do not offer refunds, except in cases of proven technical defects that our support team is unable to resolve.
Installation and Activation
Activation Limits: Each license allows activation on up to 1 computers owned by the same user. Simultaneous use on different machines by different individuals is not permitted.
System Requirements: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their hardware and software meet the minimum requirements listed on the product page.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
The software is provided “as-is.” L4 Fontane Audio does not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for data loss, project crashes, or damages resulting from the use of the plugin.
Anti-Piracy and Audit Protection
We reserve the right to use software protection mechanisms to validate licenses. If the use of “cracked” licenses or illegal sharing is detected, the license will be immediately revoked without the right to a refund.
